Kiwifruit Pollination

We have been sending hives to the Te Puke area for Kiwifruit pollination for the past 3 seasons.

We supply hives each containing a minimum of (higher standards may be negotiated, especially on isolated or problem orchards):

1. i. four full standard frames of brood in all stages (7000cm2 of brood, 7 frames 60% full).
2. twelve standard frames well covered with bees (approximately 30,000 bees)
3. iii. at least three full depth frames of honey
4. iv. a good laying queen
5. v. sufficient room for colony expansion
